3.1 Check In

Check In is extremely important as this is the participants first interaction with our event. These roles require friendly, outgoing, and engaging people driven to help others.

Lesson 1: Check in

Tables

– On the table you will have athlete packs in boxes, name lists with highlighters and safety pins.
– Behind the table will be the participant gifts. Ensure this area is neat and presentable.

Atmosphere

– Speak to participants in a friendly manner and direct all queries to the help desk.
– Music and decorations help to create the atmosphere. Our joint goal is for a positive experience at check in!
